Role Description:
Tetricus is looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager with experience in the healthcare industry to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. This role will report to our Chief Technology Officer, Rich Winslow.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive product development and innovation with our team of engineers, designers and clinicians from ideation, to technical development, to launch and beyond.
- Work in a limited data environment to make key product decisions, in order to build towards product-market fit and develop a product that can be sold beyond our first set of customers.
- Work toward building a more data-driven approach to innovating on product features, including advising on and configuring product analytics tools.
- Connect directly with users to understand their needs and desires, and where we can improve.
- Manage and run product communications directly with external partner stakeholders.
- Define, analyze, and measure metrics that inform the performance and impact of products.
- Report on what’s working, what’s not, why, and potential changes and improvements.
- Operate efficiently and enthusiastically in a constantly evolving environment with numerous stakeholders, where the process is fluid and creative solutions to problems are often needed.
- Research and report on market trends in health tech.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, and/or Management Consulting.
- Experience leading the development of digital health products and interacting directly with clinicians, patients, and/or hospitals.
- Experience analyzing and making decisions based on data.
- A critical and analytical thinker who applies a structured process to decision-making.
- A history of managing products from the concept stages to launch and maintenance, and handling all aspects of the progression with internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience as a founder and/or founding team member in an early-stage startup that has gone from idea stage to product-market fit. If you’ve built and launched a startup previously (whether it was successful or not), we want to talk to you.
- Experience navigating the regulatory, compliance, and institutional environment around launching products in a patient care environment.
- Experience building non-engineering versions of product features in order to test ideas with users and customers to iterate rapidly without needing to scope developer time.
- Experience developing systems of products that are greater than the sum of their parts.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience building Looker dashboards.
