Job Overview
LunaJoy is a mental health platform focused on providing support for women’s mental health. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to help amplify our message and reach through effective digital campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta campaigns, with a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently, and the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize search, display, and video ads to increase website traffic and conversions.
- Meta Ads Campaigns: Develop and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns, ensuring ads align with LunaJoy’s goals and values.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure they meet set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Budget Management: Ensure the effective allocation of the advertising budget across platforms for maximum ROI.
- Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Implement strategic audience targeting based on data-driven insights to ensure the right people are reached with each campaign.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the LunaJoy team to understand our brand’s needs and goals, ensuring marketing campaigns align with overall strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other campaign management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Interview Process
HR Screen:
- The first phase involves an initial screening with HR. During this stage, we will discuss your experience, skills, and alignment with Luna Joy’s values and culture. Second Phase with Hiring Manager:
- Candidates who pass the HR screen will move on to an interview with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will assess your fit within the team and your ability to contribute to Luna Joy’s mission.
Offer Stage:
- After the second phase, successful candidates will move to the offer stage. We will present a formal offer that includes compensation, benefits, and any additional details about the role. This is also your opportunity to ask any final questions before making your decision.
Onboarding & Training:
- Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. You will be guided through setting up tools, learning about Luna Joy’s systems and workflows, and engaging in any role-specific training. This phase ensures a smooth transition into your new role, setting you up for success from day one.
