Radicle Science is a fast-growing healthtech pioneer on a mission to make proven, precision wellness accessible for all. We're hiring a Revenue Operations Manager / Specialist to become the operating backbone behind our commercial engine—helping Marketing and Sales execute faster, understand what is working, and continuously improve how the commercial engine operates. You'll connect people, projects, systems, content, metrics, and events so priorities move from idea to execution, performance is visible, and opportunities don't get lost between teams. You'll learn how our commercial engine works, run it exceptionally well, and then systematically make it better—creating clearer reporting, stronger processes, and scalable AI-enabled workflows that create lasting leverage for the company.
Company: Radicle Science (Public Benefit Corporation)
Location: Remote (U.S. required) with travel for key events (approx. 10–15%)
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer
Type: Full-time Level: Mid-level
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Cross-Functional Project Management
• Own cross-functional project management for key Marketing and Sales initiatives: define scope, owners, milestones, dependencies, and decision points, and drive each one through completion.
• Orchestrate the standing workflows and meetings that connect Marketing and Sales with teams such as Science, Data and Research Ops: build agendas and pre-reads, gather inputs, capture decisions, assign owners, and follow through until actions are complete.
Revenue Operations, Funnel Management & Reporting
• Own CRM governance and ongoing hygiene, including lead routing, lifecycle stages, Marketing-to-Sales handoffs, required fields, data quality, and follow-up timing—so the commercial team operates from a reliable source of truth.
• Own recurring Marketing and Sales funnel reporting across lead sources, lifecycle and stage conversion, funnel velocity, campaign and event performance, pipeline contribution, and follow-up—surfacing what is working, where opportunities are getting stuck, and where the team should focus.
• Build and maintain target lists for Sales across multiple industry segments, and keep Sales stocked with current collateral and organized shared resources.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to continuously improve how leads move through the commercial funnel, from initial engagement through Sales follow-up and pipeline.
Content Workflow & Version Control
• Own the operational workflow for Marketing and Sales content—from intake, scope, owners, and deadlines through review, approval, publishing, and version control.
• Maintain a clear source of truth for current collateral and content, monitor deadlines and bottlenecks, and ensure teams are always working from the right version.
Operational Efficiency & AI
• Continuously look for ways to make Marketing and Sales operations faster, simpler, and more scalable. Identify bottlenecks, unnecessary handoffs, repetitive work, and process gaps, then drive practical improvements through process redesign, automation, AI, or a combination. AI-powered efficiency is a major priority for Radicle, with the goal of measurable operational improvement.
• Build and maintain the workflows and automations that matter documented, measurable, and maintainable so improvements become durable company assets others can adopt and build on.
Commercial & Leadership Enablement
• Anticipate and drive the operational work behind high-priority commercial and leadership deliverables within sales and marketing, including key meeting preparation, commercial updates, sales or partner materials, reporting, and follow-up.
• Coordinate inputs across teams, verify accuracy and version control, and make sure deliverables are polished, complete, and ready on time.
• Create the operating discipline that lets senior commercial leaders stay focused on strategy, relationships, and decisions rather than chasing inputs, deadlines, and follow-through.
Commercial Events & Activations
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leads to drive the operational execution of tradeshows, conferences, dinners, and other commercial events—from timelines, logistics, materials, and cross-functional coordination through lead capture and post-event follow-up.
• Make events part of the commercial engine by ensuring the right people, materials, systems, and follow-up are in place before, during, and after each activation.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience & Skills
• 5-8 years in marketing operations, sales operations, project/program management, revenue operations or a related operations role, with a track record of improving processes and hands-on experience in CRM systems and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with B2B CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, and Salesforce, including governance, data hygiene, lifecycle workflows, lead routing, and staging.
• Demonstrated project management experience across multiple teams and stakeholders, with strong command of intake, timelines, dependencies, handoffs, and follow-through in tools such as Asana and Notion.
• Exceptionally organized and reliable under volume—you can manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously without losing the details or the bigger picture.
• Comfortable with Marketing and Sales metrics and reporting: you can understand a commercial funnel, build and maintain useful dashboards and recurring reports, spot where performance is improving or breaking down, and translate the data into clear actions. You can partner with Data Science when deeper analysis or data access is needed.
• Experience coordinating logistics for B2B events, tradeshows, conferences, or activations preferred.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail on executive-facing and external-facing deliverables; you can pull inputs together, spot what is missing, and drive work to a polished finish.
• You are equally comfortable building the process and doing the work. You don't wait for perfect systems or perfect information—you create structure, solve problems, and keep things moving.
• Background working in health, wellness, or consumer goods, a plus.
