We are seeking a Program Manager to drive execution of critical company priorities, including two major product builds, expansion into four new markets, research studies, and other strategic initiatives. This role will coordinate across product, engineering, research, partnerships, and operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals. The Program Manager will work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff | Head of Operations, and leadership team to establish planning discipline, manage cross-functional dependencies, and provide transparent reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project planning and execution for:
- New market expansion and partner launches (multi-state rollout of partnerships)
- Major research studies (design, recruitment, data collection, reporting milestones)
- Strategic initiatives (pilots, marketing, partnerships, operational scaling projects)
- Serve as a bridge across functions (product, engineering, marketing, sales, care/ops) to improve coordination, and own dependency tracking for internal and external deliverables (e.g. testing, training, content, client/member communications).
- Translate company OKRs into execution roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain a central project management system (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion, Trello, Smartsheets) and ensure team adherence.
- Facilitate project status meetings, escalating risks and blockers to leadership.
- Produce regular progress reports for the leadership team, board, and external stakeholders.
- Drive accountability by ensuring teams follow through on commitments.
- Create repeatable processes for project planning and execution as the company scales.
- Support the Chief of Staff | Head of Operations in aligning execution with company OKRs and quarterly planning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4–7 years of project/program management, ideally in a startup, digital health, or tech-enabled services company.
- Skills:
- Strong project management methodology (Agile, Scrum, hybrid approaches)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills – able to coordinate across technical, research, and partnership teams
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously (product, research, operations)
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday, Trello, Notion, Smartsheets)
- PMP Certification

- Healthtech, Digital Health, or Tech-enabled healthcare
- Change management or process implementation background
- Agile or Scrum certification
