Description
SocialRx Inc.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Reports to: Founder & CEO
The Role
As the company prepares for 3x growth over the next 12 months and anticipates a Series A financing in 2027, we are hiring for a Chief Operating Officer who will own company-wide execution and build the operating infrastructure required for scale and institutional investment.
SocialRx is hiring a COO who has scaled a venture-backed mental/behavioral health startup from Seed to Series A. The CEO is transitioning out of day-to-day operational leadership to focus on strategy, growth, and fundraising. This is a build mandate, not a maintenance role, for a current team of 25.
We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer to industrialize our delivery engine.
The CEO will continue to own commercialization, revenue, research, and external strategy. The COO will own execution.
If you are a spreadsheet-only executive, this is not the role.
If you are a behavioral health operator who builds systems, fixes broken workflows personally, and drives accountability across teams — we want to meet you.
What You Will Own
1. Company Operating System
- Establish KPI rigor and forecasting discipline
- Drive weekly executive cadence and quarterly planning
- Build dashboards that create clarity, not noise
- Eliminate operational chaos and reactive firefighting
2. Behavioral Health Care Operations
- Standardize and scale care delivery workflows
- Improve care team productivity and margin profile
- Build capacity planning models
- Ensure quality and consistency in a distributed care model
3. Product & Technology Execution
- Oversee product roadmap governance
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure delivery reliability
- Align product development with care operations realities
- Increase execution predictability and reduce slippage
4. Community Supply Infrastructure
- Scale and systematize community partner onboarding
- Improve event data reliability and operational integration
- Ensure supply density supports demand growth
5. Organizational Discipline
- Upgrade talent where needed
- Clarify decision rights
- Build managers into strong operators
- Create operational readiness for Series A diligence
Product, engineering, care operations, and community partnerships will report into this role.
