Job Overview
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients have a smooth and supportive experience as they navigate their mental health care journey. You will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing information about services, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, answering questions and providing information on services.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for therapy and medication management.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely communication between patients and providers.
- Maintain patient records and update scheduling software to reflect changes in appointments.
- Address patient concerns and follow up to ensure they are receiving the appropriate care.
- Assist patients in understanding their care plans and provide educational resources when needed.
- Ensure that patient information is maintained in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient care coordination, medical office administration, or customer service.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Passion for women’s mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in mental health or women’s healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of telehealth platforms and virtual care coordination.
- Understanding of insurance and billing processes related to mental health services.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation Range: $8 per hour, based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable federal and state minimum wage requirements.
