• Maintain a high standard of attention to detail in documentation, data management, and experimental execution.
• Collaborate closely with other chemists and scientists in the lab to contribute to Xylo’s innovative drug discovery programs.
Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related field. Bonus points if you have any applied computational chemistry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in laboratory synthesis, with a strong foundation in computational chemistry principles.
• Prior experience (or familiarity) with lab management duties, such as ordering supplies, vendor relations, and equipment troubleshooting/maintenance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based work environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
